Right of withdrawal for consumers (EU)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods , whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the deadline.

You must pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.
By such unnecessary handling we mean in particular the removal of labels, damage to the original packaging or the recognizable use of the goods beyond mere trying on.

Return costs

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Important:
If the delivery of your order fails due to incorrect address information, non-collection or refusal of acceptance and this results in return costs (e.g. return postage, storage costs or processing fees), we reserve the right to offset these costs against the refund amount .

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts :

Delivery of individually manufactured or personalized products
Supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed
Delivery of goods which, due to their nature, can no longer be resold after use (e.g. previously worn sports gloves or worn shoes ).
