Shipping policy
1. Shipping Areas
We currently ship to numerous countries within the European Union as well as selected international countries. If your country is not available for selection at checkout, please contact us in advance.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and displayed before the order is completed.
Unless otherwise stated, the following conditions apply:
- Germany: Shipping from 3,90 €
- EU countries: Shipping costs depend on the destination country
- Switzerland & non-EU countries: separate shipping costs may apply
Free shipping only applies where expressly stated in the shop and may be excluded depending on the country or product category.
3. Delivery Times
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery takes place:
- within Germany: approx. 1–3 business days
- within the EU: approx. 2–7 business days
- internationally: depending on the destination country, approx. 4–14 business days
Orders are generally processed within 1 business day.
No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
Longer delivery times may occur in the event of high order volumes, product launches, pre-orders, or external delays (e.g. customs, weather, strikes, carrier issues).
All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
4. Shipping Service Providers
Depending on the country, size, and weight of the order, shipping is carried out, among others, with:
- DHL
- Deutsche Post
- DPD
- UPS
- FedEx
- La Poste
- other regional shipping service providers
We select the shipping service provider.
5. Shipment Tracking
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking number by email, where available.
6. Customs, Import Fees & International Shipments
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise over which we have no control. These include in particular:
- customs duties
- import VAT
- import or handling fees charged by local service providers
These costs must be borne by the customer unless expressly stated otherwise.
Orders to Switzerland are shipped customs cleared (DDP) where possible. In exceptional cases, additional fees may still arise from local authorities or shipping service providers.
Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control.
7. Undeliverable Shipments / Refusal of Acceptance
If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address details, refusal of acceptance, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, we reserve the right to:
- retain any return shipping costs incurred,
- charge shipping costs again,
- or cancel the order minus any costs incurred.
8. Partial Deliveries
In individual cases, an order may be shipped in multiple packages if this speeds up the shipping process or if individual items have different delivery times.
This will not result in any additional shipping costs for the customer.
9. Business Orders (B2B)
For orders placed by business customers within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB), separate statutory provisions may apply in part, particularly with regard to withdrawal rights and transfer of risk.
10. Notes on Shipping Times
We work with automated warehousing and shipping processes as well as external fulfilment and shipping partners. Despite careful processing, delays caused by shipping service providers, customs authorities, or technical processes cannot be completely ruled out.
Liability for mere delivery delays caused by external service providers is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
