These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers and businesses through our online shop. The version valid at the time of the order is authoritative.

3. Conclusion of contract
The product presentations in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to order.
By submitting your order, you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we accept the order by sending you an order confirmation via email.
4. Prices and shipping costs
All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT, where applicable. Shipping costs are listed separately during the ordering process.
Shipping is currently from Germany . No additional customs duties or taxes apply for deliveries within the European Union .
Customers from Switzerland or other non-EU countries are responsible for any import duties, customs fees or taxes that may apply.
5. Delivery
We ship throughout Europe. Delivery times and shipping countries are specified during the ordering process.
If a product is unavailable, we will notify you immediately. Any payments already made will be fully refunded.
6. Payment
Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the shop (e.g. credit card, PayPal, Klarna).
The charge will be made upon completion of the order.
7. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
8. Right of withdrawal

Personalized or worn items are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
9. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply. For used goods, the warranty period for businesses may be limited to one year.
10. Liability
We are only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.
We are only liable for simple negligence in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, and this is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
11. Dispute resolution / OS platform

We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board and do not participate in them.
12. Applicable law
The law of the United States of America shall apply, unless mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the buyer has his habitual residence conflict with these.
